As Program Manager in the Sales & Customer Success Group your key responsibilities are:

**Program Planning and Strategy:**

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive program plan, including scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  • Align program objectives with the overall strategy of the company.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to define program requirements and objectives.

**Project Management:**

  •  Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams involved in the defined projects.
  • Monitor and track project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and proactively address issues as they arise.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive project team environment.

**Communication and Reporting:**

  • Communicate program status, risks, and updates to executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on program performance, including key metrics and achievements.
  • Foster transparent communication channels within the program team and across departments.

**Resource Management:**

  • Allocate resources effectively and efficiently to ensure successful program execution.
  • Work closely with department heads to secure necessary resources, including personnel, tools, and technologies.
  • Optimize resource utilization to meet program goals within budget constraints.

**Continuous Improvement: **

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the program management framework.
  • Lead post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and apply insights to future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree
  • Proven experience (2 years) in program or project management within the cybersecurity or customer success domain.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant certifications. - Advantage
  • Strong understanding of technologies principles and industry best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
